Accompanying persons

For accompanying persons wishing to attend, the charges are :

590 € (incl. VAT 20 %) for each person in a shared room (2 bed in the same bedroom)

Child (2-12 years old) : 220 €

Please, upon your registration specify your booking for one shared room and the name of the

accompanying person.

Please contact the local organizing committee (eurorib2018@ganil.fr)

in order to proceed with the payment for accompanying person.

Registrations will be officially acknowledged after receipt of the fees (bank transfer or credit card)

If you wish vegetarian meals, please indicate it in "Special diet"
